Soulframe Preludes 14.5: Ode'n Tempers Hotfix 5

Changed how the damage is dealt by Ode'n Mines. Reduced the damage dealt by the mines. Mines now deal Magick damage, rather than physical damage. Damage dealt now has a drop-off while at range. Fixed instances of new accounts receiving depreciated Virtue Prisms. Fixed a script error after equipping too many different items in the Arsenal.
